Privacy notice

This website collects only what you give it on the waitlist form: your name, your work email, your specialty and, where you enter it, your country. We use it to tell you when your specialty opens and to send the Founding Physician offer you asked for. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].

No patient data is collected on this website. The product de-identifies clinical inputs on your device before anything leaves it.

Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help physicians (page views and clicks, IP truncated). Without consent, only essential, cookieless operation runs. You can change your choice at any time from the footer.

Waitlist data is stored on Cloudflare (D1) and confirmation email is sent through Resend. Both act as processors for Sagan Labs. Legal bases: your consent (contact and analytics) and our legitimate interest in running the waitlist. Applicable law: LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EEA/UK) and applicable US state law, whichever protects you.
